ABOUT

Hailing from Wigan, Greater Manchester, Dave is a performer/songwriter with a wide range of influences including artists such as Ryan Adams, The Verve & Howie Day. Picking up the guitar at the age of 15, Dave went on to study Music GCSE and A-Level Music Technology before turning his hand to teaching music. ​

Dave has been a member of a number of original and cover bands in the North West and has enjoyed playing to a variety of crowds. Venturing out of his comfort zone most recently, Dave ventured into more acoustic-style singer-songwriting which lead to the release of his first 'old school' single Tear You Down in March 2021, followed by Estranged and his self-produced debut album ONE. Dave spent most of his time in lockdown writing and arranging his own material which he claims 'kept him sane as gigging was no longer an option'.

 

​​Following the release of his two new singles Never Gonna Lose and The Thick Of It , Dave has released his second album Pieces on September 29th 2023 followed by his newest singles, Biggest Mistake in March 2024 and Negative 8 in July 2024. His new single Among The Crowd is due to be released on 26/10/24.
